The U value and noise reduction performance of the insulating glass are improved by filling the spacer layer with argon, helium, neon, and sulfur hexafluoride gas. Organic solutions may come from the aesthetics of the sealing material, cutting oil and paint. Type carbon molecular sieve only absorbs water, 4A molecular sieve absorbs water, air, argon, helium, does not absorb helium, sulfur hexafluoride and solvent. Model 13X molecular sieves and silica gel absorb all of these materials.
Since there is a 3A molecular sieve inside the hollow glass that can adsorb water molecules, the gas is dry, and when the temperature is lowered, the inside of the hollow glass does not cause condensation, and at the same time, the dew point on the outer surface of the insulating glass is also raised. For example, when the outdoor wind speed is 5m/s, the indoor temperature is 20°C, and the relative humidity is 60%, the 5mm glass starts to dew at the outdoor temperature of 8°C, while the 16mm (5+6+5) insulating glass is under the same conditions. Condensation occurs only when the outdoor temperature is -2 °C. The 27 mm (5+6+5+6+5) three-layer insulating glass begins to dew at an outdoor temperature of -11 °C.
